We originally tried to sell our house with Joel in an unfavorable market. After 6 months and no offer we discussed with Joel, we agreed to pull it off and listed it for rent with Remax and it was rented out in less than 1 month. After that lease was up, the market still appeared unfavorable and we rented it again for 1 year. After that 2nd year was up we listed it again and it was under contract in 8 days. Joel stayed in contact with us throughout the 2 years that we leased it and checked us throughout to determine and guide us when to list our home. He was able to arrange an exterior painter to update the color for us. We are forever grateful to Joel for assisting us with timing the sale of our home and easing the burden as we now live out of state. He is very responsive, honest, and driven.
