We absolutely loved working with Dawne. When we first met, she spent almost about 3 hours listening to us. Being first time homeowners, we knew nothing about the process and had a lot of questions. Dawne was extremely patient with us and her answers were very reassuring. After that meeting, I didn't have to worry too much about the process because she gave us the confidence that she could handle it all. When we placed an offer on a house we liked the most, we had to stretch our budget a bit but she helped us through the negotiations and reassured that the property is worth the price. We just believed in her and it's been 2 months since we moved into our new home and we absolutely love it. We appreciate all the efforts Dawne put to help us find a beautiful home and we are very happy to have her in our lives :)
