I can't speak highly enough about Sherry. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and everything we needed as first time home sellers. She visited our home, gave great notes on how we can best stage and show our home. Her photographer did a phenomenal job and was a great asset to our online listing. The photos definitely brought the activity we needed to sell quickly.With Sherry's help and guidance, we listed on a Friday, had 12 showings over Saturday and Sunday and 6 full price and above offers by Sunday evening. She helped us sort through all of the offers to choose the one with the best terms and that netted us the most return. She guided us through the home inspection process and negotiating the repairs.
