We were a little hesitant to put our home on the market using a realtor and even thought of using "For Sale By Owner", but Shane and his team came highly recommended by many of our friends in town. From our first meeting to the call that our home had been sold we have been very impressed with Shane and his team handling our account. We had a realtor (Cameron) assigned to help us navigate our way through the process and handle our negotiations. We had a photographer (Randi) who gave us staging pointers, photographed and shot drone video of our home. An office director (Theresa) and client care specialist (Brenda) who kept us informed with updates so we were never left wondering what's going on or what is next. Their combined efforts resulted in our home being on the market five days before we received an offer after only two showings. They negotiated more money for our home than we thought was possible.
