We were debating whether to use a realtor vs selling the house ourselves. After speaking with Shane his confidence in his ability to sell our house quickly and for top dollar led us to list the house with him. While we did receive an offer after only a week, the deal fell thru making us wonder how good Shanes negotiating skills are when confronted with a buyer suffering from cold feet. We eventually sold the home to the people making the fourth offer on the house. Shane was very good at texting and emailing us back promptly through the entire process. However, we felt many discussions wouldve been much better via the phone or face to face. I would like to compliment his staff as they were extremely efficient and friendly. In the end Shane did sell our house but not as quickly or for as much money as we were hoping for.
