Pat Bodin was a wonderful person to work with, and helped my wife and I recently purchase our first home in Walpole, MA. Pat has expert knowledge of Walpole and the surrounding towns (as a Walpole native herself), and knew just the right neighborhood that matched what we were looking for. We were extremely lucky, and we identified the house we ultimately bought within the first 48 hours of working with Pat, although she continued to show us as many additional properties as we needed just to be sure we were totally satisfied with our find. Once we made our decision, Pat really showed her ability to hustle and help us clear every hurdle and challenge to getting an offer accepted.Pat's business demeanor is very calm, and reassuring during what can be a stressful time in a home buyer's life. She has great listening skills, and really takes the time to get to know you personally, understand what you are looking for in a home, and works diligently to deliver those results. She was masterful in handling all the many little details, and helped us glide through the financing and closing process without a hitch. She was always extremely responsive to any questions or concerns, returning phone calls/texts/emails right away. I closed on my home a week ago, and Pat has even continued to follow up just make sure the move in process went OK, and to help us set up utilities etc. She has even invited my wife and I out for a drink to celebrate. Given those examples of her amazing personal touches, I know I will be a customer for life with Pat, as well as a Walpole neighbor and friend.I would 100% recommend Pat Bodin to represent anyone looking to buy or sell their house, and have total confidence in her advice and ability to protect your best interests.
