he is GOD SENT. He helped me buy a home when I had one of the most stressful needy lenders one can ever imagine. From the beginning he was open minded about the process I had to endure. He took classes, and attended webinars to become more familiar with the process that was ahead of him with taking me on as a client. He made sure he understand what I was looking for in a home and never let me settle for less. Even when I became impatient and wanted to put an offer on anything he reeled me back to reality and slowed my roll to make sure I got into the perfect home for me. Constantly went out of his way for me to make sure he was with me for every showing, inspection, contractor visits, etc! This was my FIRST home and had no idea what to expect and he made it so easy for me. He always had my best interest in mind with the seller to make sure I always came out winning. He was punctual, kind hearted, resourceful, and most deff the realtor you want on YOUR side! A+ rating in my book, and I will for sure be sending everyone I know to him, and will never be looking for another realtor again in the future!
