Debra Bass represented us the whole way and made the process easy. From the beginning, she let us know that she was there for us whenever we needed her, and we even texted her on her vacation, which was a total imposition. She knows Philadelphia real estate contracts and procedure, and listened to, and was able to work through our every concern. For example, in December, as a stranger to the area, I needed a little more time to allow for the holidays and people's vacation schedules. Debra negotiated this impossible situation so that we were able to proceed in an orderly fashion, without panic. The buyer comes to the table with a lot of hard-earned money and should be treated as an equal participant. But an ordinary home buyer is not equipped to negotiate a deal against an experienced and determined seller's agent. Debra Bass is very easy to work with, and is a knowledgeable representative who can work with seller's agent to put together a fair deal.
