As my real estate agent, Coya was amazing. She sold my house almost over night and got me well over my asking price. However, Coya was more than just a real estate agent. Sure she helped me promote my house and make improvements that increased the value quickly and for little money. Yes, she did that in Illinois, while I was far away in Los Angeles and made the process seamless for me.But, she went beyond that. This was the house I grew up in. A house I inherited when my Mom passed away and had been holding on to for years. She nurtured and supported me during this difficult time. Always sensitive. Always asking how I was doing on a personal level. Moving at my pace and stepping in when I wasnt able to. Ive worked with other real estate agents, but no one even comes close to Coya. I could not recommend her more highly.
