My husband and I have been looking for our home for close to 5 years and so we have dealt with numerous real estate agents (from Brooklyn, Staten Island, and NJ) and I can safely say that Joseph Kapon beats every single one of them. From the very beginning of his introduction video, you will easily come to understand the wealth of knowledge that Joseph has. Aside from the fact that he is an expert in the business of real esate, what really enticed us to have Joseph on our team was that he is so personable. He is honest, friendly, and never once was pushy with the many homes that we saw together. Going through the home searching process can be stressful and you may not always see eye to eye with your partner, but Joseph had a way about him that mediated and helped you understand your significant others concerns (as well as your own concerns) in the searching process. After 2 years of looking and 2 realtors we were recommended to Joe and it was a blessing. I was hesitant because we wasted a lot of time and I didn't believe anyone cared about us. He knew that right away and proved himself to me and my husband. He was simply amazing in every way. He made time for us, he would show us houses and tell us why he thought it was bad, pointed out things that we would never know to look, I could go on. He was honest and we developed a trust for him. He knows the business inside out, knows how to negotiate, and plays the game. He is a true realtor that everyone needs. We found a house after 2 months in one of the best towns in Bergen County, NJ.
