Joe was not only a true pleasure to work with, but was instrumental in my family and I finding our ideal home. I cannot adequately describe in a blurb Joe's efforts, responsiveness, support, understanding, and patience as we were looking for our home. He was extremely flexible in location, often driving to five different towns spread out over vast areas in the same day to assist in looking at the homes we wanted to see. Additionally, Joe was extremely honest with what he did, or did not know, about particular locations however, if he did not know, he always asked the questions to get the answers. When you are dealing with real estate agents or other folks in sales that have a vested interest in you making a purchase as it directly impacts their finances, there is always an underlying concern that the person you are dealing with may not have you or your family's best interests in mind. That was not the case with Joseph. My wife and I truly felt comfortable with him, he really cared about us buying the right home, in the price range that was right for us, in the town that met our needs, in the house that not only met our standards, but met Joe's standards. Not only did Joe walk with us every step of our long journey to purchase a home, (long because of my wife and I, not Joe), but even when he knew we were going to purchase, he was extremely hands on in helping us with every part of the actual purchase. He made suggestions but not demands, he brought forward helpful hints, but did not push. Joe will be honest with you and he will tell you like it is. To this day, several months after we purchased our home, Joe still calls and checks in on how my family is, how my home is, and if there are problems or questions he can help with. Not only would I say I would refer Joe to other home buyers, I already have referred him.

We are so grateful that we were able to find with Mr. Kapon to help us with our house purchase. This was our first home purchase and naturally we had a lot of anxiety and million questions. Joe was able to guide us from the start, explaining the process and what to expect. Joes biggest attribute is his honesty with every aspect of home buying. Its very important to understand how the process works and have realistic goals and expectations when comes to home buying. This truly helped us be prepared to find our dream house. In today market homes were flying off the shelf and when we saw the one we had to have, Joe went far and beyond to make sure we were ready to land this house.
