I found Jeff through one of the internet search engines, usually the least expected way someone will go when is about selling a house. But after dealing with him I think I will try the same avenue with pretty much with everything... Jeff has been amazing from beginning to end: there is no way I can describe how professional, helpful, ready to listen, courteous, funny, knowledgeable he was (and the list can go on and on). What other realtor you know will come to your house at 9 pm to try and help? Better off, who will take your call at 9 pm? I wish more people would be like Jeff: world will definitely become a better place. I strongly recommend him to anyone: you will get a friend, not a cold, impersonal , money-driven individual. Thank you for everything Jeff: I wish you nothing but the best in your future.

Whether you are selling or buying you will not find anyone better. He does everything he promises to do. He was my listing agent and He helped me find a new home. First of all he will spend time with going over what can do to sell your home. He doesn't overvalue your home just to get a listing. He explains his approach to finding the right selling price. I had a one of a kind house that was difficult to decide selling price. He had a professional photographer takes pictures which he used to make a beautiful brochure and posted them online. He did an open house the first week it was listed. He did everything he could to showcase my house.He is very responsive to his clients. Anytime I texted he responded. He was willing to explain things and answer any questions I had. He followed up with agents who showed the house and gave me the feedback.When I was ready to look for a house he directed me to a mortgage broker he works with. He was also fantastic. Jeff was very familiar with the area I wanted to move to and picked what he thought I would like. He actually picked out the same ones I had researched online. That showed me he listens to what you want. If I had picked another agent I don't believe my house would have sold for the amount it did. If he hadn't directed me to the mortgage broker he did, I think the deal on my house would have fallen through. The two of them worked together to be sure both deals went through.Jeff is professional, knowledgeable and an easy person to work with. You can not find a better agent anywhere. Whether you are in Palm Beach County, where I was, or Port St Lucie, where I am now, he knows how to help you.
