We were referred to Kelli by our RE/MAX agent in Dallas, TX, and are so glad we were. Buying a vacation home from a distance has it's own complications, especially in a fast moving market. Over the course of several weeks of emails, texts, and phone calls, Kelli helped get our priorities and expectations in order before we came out to actually "shop" for our vacation home. Once in Breck, Kelli was an expert on everything Breck and took us to see several that we had identified as candidates. She also pulled one home that - at first glance - we were not interested in... creatures of habit, we tend to stay in the same general area and had not ventured into that particular neighborhood before. But she persuaded us to take a look and we are so thankful she did. As soon as we walked in we knew the place was perfect. She knew the selling agent very well and was able to learn a lot about the home from him, we made an offer that day, and 18 hours later we had a contract. Kelli lined us up with several service providers we needed - mortgage banker in Summit County, insurance, inspection, etc. Kelli helped push the closing quickly and we were able to close in under 40 days - a rarity in Breck.
