Beth is a superb real estate professional. I look forward to partnering with her again. Let me state from the beginning, I have outrageously high expectations of the professionals and contractors I hire. I have been a part of a dozen real estate transactions in 20 years and have found that realtors are like Starbucks; one on every street corner. And then there is a rare group of professionals whose dedication, responsiveness, advocacy and ownership of the process exceed expectations--even my expectations. Beth is such a professional. Recently, Beth helped me list and sell a town home. To say that we faced multiple challenges (all of which had to do with the property and were NOT her doing) is an understatement. At every turn, Beth exuded calm, detailed focus and optimistic problem-solving. Imagine a pie chart. Imagine 99% of the pie shaded red. This is where the vast majority of realtors I have worked with reside. Average, unexceptional, good-talk-at-the-beginning-and-mediocre-execution. Now imagine the tiniest sliver--the 1%--shaded yellow. The professionals whose behavior entices you to think that YOU are their only client. This is where Beth and her team reside. Wouldn't you rather work with someone in the yellow? I would.
