My husband and I worked with both Linda Reeves, and later, Beth Alford. We found Linda to be personable, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. She was down to earth yet professional. With patience, she saw us through some negotiations on a parcel of land which we ultimately walked away from until we settled on a home that was perfect for our family. She saw us through another situation with a concurrent bid without once "pushing" us in any direction. When we asked her advice, she was able to offer us outcomes based upon past experiences and leave the decision-making to us. Because she truly listened to what we wanted and needed without putting a speedy purchase first, we made a sound decision that was ours, and we have no regrets. Thanks to Linda, we have our dream home in a lovely neighborhood that we hope to build many cherished memories in.Secondly, Beth is the reason we found Linda. . . fifteen years after our first encounter with Beth we recontacted her because she made such an impression on us. She was warm, helpful, and confident from my first recollection of her. She was unable to take us on at the time and referred us to Linda, her associate, but she did not stop there. We still needed to sell our current home after the purchase described above, and knowing that we were going to try our luck with a private house sale for a short time (the dream home above required some TLC, so we needed to sell our current home at its full value), Beth still came out to our home to view it, offer her experienced opinion of its market value, some improvements we might make, and so forth. She put me in touch with a craftsperson to make a repair we needed. We were fortunate enough to sell our home very quickly for the price we needed (within a thousand dollars of Beth's suggested value and the appraisal value), otherwise, we had arranged for Beth to be the agent for our home if it did not sell within the set time frame. I can offer nothing less than a glowing review for Beth and Linda. I'm sure they can guide you through your real estate search and transaction smoothly.
