Hunter was dream come to true for myself and my husband who drove from Denver, Colorado to look at purchasing a house in the Chattanooga area. We did spend several weeks emailing, texting and talking on the phone with Hunter before our visit to hopefully narrow down our home search as we were only going to be in Tennessee for a week. Hunter was extremely diligent, knowledgeable and absolutely impressive with helping us narrow our search even before actually meeting us in person. When we did tour homes Hunter was knowledgeable of the area, schools, property value and made each tour time efficient since we were limited on time. When we found a house Hunter was amazing at negotiating on our behave as we were not in Tennessee. Even during the final paperwork process Hunter kept us informed, worked diligently on our behave and always had a smile on his face. We don't just see Hunter as a realtor but as a friend, especially after such a hectic, long distance new home purchase. I can't wait to recommend him to everyone I know that's looking to purchase in this area.
