Our Realtor with the Burks Team was Jim Storms. Jim is without the Best Realtor ever!! We have been married 58 1/2 years and moved a lot. We have never had a realtor as good ad Jim Storms !!! We were moving to Tyler for health reasons. After hearing our story, Jim was very sensitive to what we wanted and why. The first house he showed us was perfect for us, however my husband was facing open heart surgery and didn't want me to face the move alone. So, we declined. When my husband had the open heart surgery, Jim came to the Hospital, bought paid for and brought us me and my friends Starbucks coffee. Jim was VERY understanding, patient & continued to watch the area for us and kept in touch with us and later called and asked if we could come to Tyler, that he had one he thought we would like even better. Well - - we did like it and because Jim had coached us on what we needed to do to prepare to purchase prior to selling our house and we followed his advice and everything went VERY smooth. We are so VERY happy in our home. It is PERFECT for us in EVERY way. Thank you Jim Storms!!
