I am writing this review from New Mexico. I found Gary by chance. I had to move from CT to New Mexico because of a job opportunity, but my house in Litchfield wasn't selling. I was paying both rent here in NM and my house mortgage my first year in 2015. I was desperate and called Remax CT and someone in the office recommended me to Gary. I must tell you from day one Gary showed himself to be not only knowledgeable in sales but also extremely committed to selling my house. From a distance, I immediately felt taken care of. He is an extremely committed professional who makes sure the client is aware of the situation, progress. I will tell you my house was a short sale. I couldn't hold both mortgage and rent, so I needed someone to help me through a difficult process. Gary will work hard for you, keep you informed, and do whatever it takes to sell your home, whether in a seller market or a buyer market. I owe him a great deal and highly recommend him.
