Simply the Best! If I could give Landin 10 Stars I would. Ive worked with multiple realtors on homes that Ive purchased in the past and no one has been as awesome as this guy. I was selling my property in Highlands Ranch just when Covid 19 hit. We had been highly referred to Landin, after meeting with several other realtors we felt he was a good fit since he was tech savvy, family oriented, great communicator, and very experienced with the area. Words cant describe how lucky we were to find Landin! We live out of state and I was flying back and forth from So Cal. Before I met Landin I hired a couple guys to make all sorts of renovations. Well, my contractors started flaking and doing crappy work. Landin would stop by to check out the house (politely) and see how it was looking. The contractors were lying and not doing all the work they claimed. Such as plumbing not connected and rooms not painted etc (Landin sent photos). With my time crunch Landin stepped up and rounded up some professional contractors that all ended up being trust worthy and affordable. More importantly, during the most stressful situation the Covid 19 hit and the shut downs caused the state all sorts of issues where they only allow virtual showings etc. ( the week we went to market) He stayed calm and navigated the situation like a seasoned pro and even used Facebook live to show the house when it was ready to a huge team of Agents and realtors from all over. He never skipped a beat, crossed every T, and dotted every I. and was just on it every step of the way! Landin always took my calls and offered sound advice. At one point he assured me that I didnt need to lower my price ( I was stressing) and that we were good where we were at. We actually got offers within a couple weeks. He handled due diligence to make sure the Buyers had solid approvals by calling their bankers to verify etc. He did all this before I asked him! Last, after working with Landin we learned that not only is he a Fantastic Realtor but hes just an Amazing person. He was very easy to work with and overall hes great family guy!
