I cannot say enough about the professionalism and expertise of Debbie Cook. I live in San Francisco and needed a realtor that was able to manage my listing since I was not local. Given the house had many issues that needed repair prior to closing, Debbie skillfully negotiated, managed, and followed through with some very complicated repairs in order to help me close on my property. I had a realtor for 10 months prior to Debbie that didn't have one bite on my property but within a month of listing my property with Debbie, it went into contract. She knew the market well, priced it fairly, and used her network to make my house a priority. There is no question in my mind that you should put your listing in the hands of anyone else besides Debbie. She is by far the most professional business person that I have ever dealt with in Corpus Christi in any industry. I cannot recommend her more!

We first met Debbie Cook when we bought our home last year. She was the realtor that was representing the seller of our present home. When it came time to sell our previous home, we called Debbie. We were surprised that she remembered us, because it had been over a year since we first met her. We decided on Debbie because all of her reviews are highly praised and her sales accomplishments reflect the five star ratings she gets from other sellers or buyers. She was very helpful and committed to us 100%. She answered all of our questions, either by phone, text or e-mail, and she was always available to help in any way. She gets to know you and we got to know her. She is very friendly and always greets you with a smile. It only took three days to get a contract on the home that we were selling. She handled any issues that came up and solved them. We will definitely use Debbie again if we ever need another home. So, we would highly recommend Debbie to anyone looking to purchase or sell a house.
