I cannot say enough about the professionalism and expertise of Debbie Cook. I live in San Francisco and needed a realtor that was able to manage my listing since I was not local. Given the house had many issues that needed repair prior to closing, Debbie skillfully negotiated, managed, and followed through with some very complicated repairs in order to help me close on my property. I had a realtor for 10 months prior to Debbie that didn't have one bite on my property but within a month of listing my property with Debbie, it went into contract. She knew the market well, priced it fairly, and used her network to make my house a priority. There is no question in my mind that you should put your listing in the hands of anyone else besides Debbie. She is by far the most professional business person that I have ever dealt with in Corpus Christi in any industry. I cannot recommend her more!

July 6th, 2015 We were moving here to Corpus Christi, from 2000 miles away. Debbie Cook was the first contact we had made in the area. She was warm, and welcoming, and really went out of her way to make sure both my husband and myself understood each step and phase of finding the perfect home for us. She was patient, informative, and flexed with all the unexpected things that happen (when buying a home) with gentle ease and class. She genuinely cares about her clients, and is a professional in her field that will move mountains (if she can) to help you obtain the perfect home for you! And if she can't move the mountain herself - she'll FIND someone to move the mountain so you can keep pressing forward !! Debbie responded to an email I sent, on Father's Day, inquiring about a property. I was impressed from the start simply because she responded to me on a holiday and secondly because she contacted the listing agent about the property same day. Unfortunately the property was sold, but Debbie was very informative and super nice through email, I just had to meet her! So we set up to see a home and I was even more impressed by Debbie when meeting her for the first time and viewing my first home. I didn't care for the home and was relieved that Debbie didn't try to push the property in my face like other agents seem to do, Debbie was understanding on what I needed and wanted in a home. I found my dream home on our second outting and Debbie sent in my offer same day! As a first time home buyer, I was clueless to EVERYTHING, but Debbie was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. She did above and beyond for me and I'm so excited to say that Debbie was by my side as I recently closed on my first home! She truly cares about her clients and really does everything she can to make the expierence amazing! She is always on the go for all her clients, but somehow manages to find calm in all the chaos as she always finds the time even when she swamped! My family and I were truly blessed that The Lord put Debbie in our path. I will be calling her again for future home purchases!
