Dustin is not only an incredible Realtor but has become a friend to my husband and I. We were lucky enough to find Dustin after having to fire our first realtor in Denver due to a lack of response and urgency in a highly-competitive and fast-moving market. We had put in MANY offers with our previous realtor and the lack of expertise and sense of immediacy resulted in disappointment and frustration as the end of our lease loomed dangerously close. Dustin was truly a breath of fresh air. He is professional, responsive, walked us through the process as first-time home buyers, and ensured we were comfortable throughout. We didn't have the biggest budget but he treated us like we were million-dollar clients. We closed on our first offer after starting to work with Dustin and were moving in soon after. Dustin and his team have stayed in touch since, sent us home anniversary gifts, invited us to events, and has truly become a trusted part of our Denver community of friends and professionals. I cannot recommend him enough!

My husband and I had a great experience working with Alex, and we highly recommend him. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions, and he always promptly returned our texts and phone calls. We found him to be approachable, professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and readily available. Alex made our home search and the purchasing process so seamless, and he was so accommodating with our busy work schedules. He has a great working relationship with professionals in the industry and connected us with helpful resources, such as a lender and inspector. We had plenty of time to find a home, and he never pressured us, and reminded us not to rush into anything as he was confident we could find the perfect home for us. He took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for and helped us narrow our search. While looking, we unexpectedly found a townhouse that we fell in love with, in a desirable neighborhood. The sellers had an offer deadline that same day, and through Alexs proactive communication with the listing agent and our lender, he was able to help us negotiate/draft our offer, and we were under contract that evening. We never expected our home buying experience to be so smooth in this competitive market, and can not thank Alex enough for advocating for us throughout the entire process.

Nothing I can write will ever express how great Janna is or how grateful we are to have worked with her. Selling a home while negotiating a job offer in a different state, finding schools for the kids, and coordinating with the movers is probably not something I would want to do again. However, this all worked out for our family in large part due to how good Janna is at what she does. We have sold a few homes in the past and had always been pleased, but Janna set a new standard that I'm afraid will just never be matched. She had the best advice on pricing and strategy for listing. She works with the best photographer and cleaners. She has all the right connections for all the things we needed like junk removal and garage door repair, etc. I only wish she was licensed in NC where we now need to buy a home. There is a reason Janna pops up at the very top of all recommendations in the area and I expect she will continue to do so for as long as she is in the business! Thank you for everything, Janna!
