Im not even sure where to begin, I will forever and always go to Trent Logan if Im in the market to buy another house, sell my house, or rent my house out. From the start of all of this he has been there.. morning, night, days off, days on whether hes working with somebody else, no matter what, he is always there when you need him. If you text him at 11 oclock at night he will wake up and respond immediately. My husband and I bought a home from him a couple weeks ago and we couldnt have had a better experience I feel like. It was our first time buying a home, so obviously it was stressful enough, and with all of the questions first time home buyers come up with Trent was very open to answering all the questions we had. Throughout the home-buying process of dealing with the mortgage company, looking at this house multiple times, Trent was always there to walk us through it. From the time we put in our offer on the house we live in now and the day we closed I dont think it could have gone smoother. Even after we bought the house we had a little hiccup with our plumbing and Trent was still there to help us get it fixed. So if anyone is reading this wondering if they should go with Trent Logan, I highly suggest you do it. I never felt pressured into purchasing a house that I wasnt comfortable with, Trent will never put you in a home that you dont 100% love. So once again if youre reading this trying to find which realtor you think will be best for you, its Trent Logan!
