Michael was amazing. He has a crew that is also awesome. He was very knowledgable about determining the right selling price on our house and there was honesty from the begining. He marketed it so that many were exposed to our house and when the time came for negotiations with a buyer, the process was smooth and i think that both we and the buyer were happy. I would not think of using anyone different. We had used him a few years ago and had the same positive experience. We are currently in process off buying a home through him and i can tell you that whether a buyer or a selling, his integrity shines through. You definately get the feeling that he is protecting you through the process. His support staff is amazing and responded to concerns or questions immediately. I really tried to think of anything that we felt needed to improve and I can't. He REALLY knows the Sequim area well and alerted us to things that we would probably not realize until we had been in the area for a while.
