I found a lot of realtors in the Villages to be very knowledgable and cooperative, but sometimes, you just meet one that gives more than expected with such grace and charm that you not only want ot buy from her, you want to become her friend.Tammy was extremely professional in every detail, but had that inner ability to read what you were already thinking and then to answer in a way that resolved any issue, no matter how big or small with concern just for you. Even when you didn't want to bother her with what someone might consider minutae, she made you feel like any question was important and deserved her full attention. She made us feel special and cared about.Tammy had the perfect balance to make the owner and the buyer feel really special and it takes someone with tremendous insight to be able to do that.Our experience was great and we are very grateful to her.Sharon and John Krawczyk

We met Tammy at her office the first time she took us to look at homes. She was so kind, professional yet patient and stuck to what we wanted to look at. She had done a lot of research and was very organized. She showed us the homes she had narrowed it down to and they were all well within our price range and criteria. She explained each home, the area it was in, how far and how close it was to shopping, hospitals and activities. She didn't waist our time or try to raise our price limitations (like other agents we have dealt with in the past). She was extremely helpful in connecting us to all the utility companies, movers, inspectors etc. She truly made our move the least stressful out of any we have ever had. I have not encountered an agent that cares and works as hard as Tammy did for us in my 62 years. I will definitely recommend Tammy in the future to everybody I know looking to purchase or sell.

We had the pleasure of working with Tammy on several homes for sale in The Villages, FL and enjoyed every minute of it. Unfortunately, the requirements we had seemed to be what others wanted too and in most every case, the home sold before we were able to see it or it did not meet our needs. Tammy worked exhaustively, trying to find a home for us and there just weren't enough available. We had several scheduled to see prior to arriving in FL but again, they were "sale pending" when we got there or did not qualify. I would recommend Tammy Freilich to anyone looking for a home in that area. She is truly a professional, caring sales person with the buyers interest in mind. We are so sorry that we were not able to find what we were looking for with Tammy. We wish her success in all of her endeavors.
