I found Sharon on Zillow 4 years ago. She called me back within 15 minutes. After talking with her we met and I decided to use her as my realtor. She was thorough with finding me homes to look at in the area I wanted. She was knowledgeable on the area concerning home prices, schools, restaurants...She looked for structural issues and pointed out areas of concern as well. This was extremely valuable as I would get caught up in the cosmetics of the home! She was patient until I found the home of my dreams! Several years later my parents were aging and not doing as well so we decided to sell their home and my home so I could get a home for all of us to live in. There was no hesitation who to use as our realtor. She sold both our homes and found us a home that worked for all of us. Sharon is a genuine, caring and a trustworthy agent. When she says shes going to do something she does it! She always goes the extra mile for you! Believe me after trying to find a home last year in the market we had she was a huge asset! She will never disappoint you as an agent!

Buying a house during a Pandemic? Never been easier!My Fiance and I meet Sharon through Zillow early this year. We already had a couple others agents in mind who we wanted to use in buying our first home, but after talking to Sharon we knew she was the best option. She had great knowledge about the area, was super flexible to work with, responsive when we had questions and has a great no nonsense attitude. What I loved about Sharon the most was she showed us houses in our price range that checked off everything on our list but she was patient with us when we couldn t agree over what style home we wanted. Within a week of working with her, she found our dream home, the perfect blend of what we both wanted and a house I never imagined I d be lucky enough to call my first home! First off, I would like to request you add several more stars to properly rate Sharons awesomeness. We love her!!! We currently live in Arizona and purchased a home, sight unseen in Lenexa Kansas. We were very worried to do so but knew we would not get our dream home unless we acted fast. The home we purchased had over 90 showings the first day on the market and sold day 1, to us. Sharon, I cannot say enough kind things about you. Sharon got to the house first thing in the morning and video chatted as she showed us the home via Marco Polo. Mind you we had never met or spoke with each other at this point. We immediately fell in love with Sharons personality. She was funny, professional, knowledgeable and most of all, ON IT. Not only did Sharon do a outstanding job representing us, I feel like we made a lifelong friend through the process. If you read this then I am sure its clear to you why Sharon is the only realtor, you should be contacting to represent you in a home buying or selling process. And Sharon if you read this, know what I have said today in this review I meant every word. We cannot wait to get to our new home in Kansas, but mostly see you for a GREAT BIG HUG.
