Sharon is absolutely the best agent I have ever worked with! I have worked with several over the years and have always been disappointed until I met Sharon. My house was just recently sold and closed on and I could not have made it through the stressful process without her. My house was a very unique and old lake house. I knew going into this process that it would take the perfect buyer to sell this house. Sharon went above and beyond to get my house viewed by as many buyers as possible by sending out the info to other agents as well as using her own money to set up advertisement online and in magazines. Sharon is also very proactive contacting the showing agents after showings and making sure to get feedback from them. When I got my offer, the buyers were struggling to get approved. Sharon called a loan officer she often works with and set the buyers up with this officer. He was able to get them approved for enough to purchase the house. Then seven days before the agreed upon closing date, the buyers had to switch who was going on the loan. Again, Sharon contacted the loan officer and was able to work with the buyers and buying agent to work through this. Miracle of miracles, the loan officer and title company were able to get the paperwork finished in time for me to be able to still sign the closing papers on the original date and we closed 2 days later! I have been continually impressed with Sharons work ethics through this process and now know just how little the previous agents I worked with did. Sharon has great relationships and connections with so many people that could help you with the sale of your home... Call Sharon! You will not be disappointed!

Sharon was with us through an exhaustive -- and exhausting! -- complex sale of our home in Prairie Village, KS. She worked with us every step of the way, offering suggestions, contacting contractors for renovations (which SOLD the house!) and really went above and beyond to work within our budget and get us the best deal we could. She kept in constant communication -- even when she was out of town -- and when we needed a temporary place to stay between the closing of our old house, and our move into our new home, she found us the perfect situation. When we buy our next home, we will work with Sharon, and I have enthusiastically recommended her to friends looking to sell their home, and buy a new home.
