I first became acquainted with Jeff Melinder when he was the seller's realtor for the home I purchased in O'Fallon--his professionalism (and negotiations) far surpassed my buyer's agent. I kept in contact with Jeff over the next 4 years and recommended him no less than 6 times to other buyers and sellers--everyone I recommended him to used him and all were VERY satisfied. I contacted Jeff about 6 months before I needed to move and he gave me a list of small things to do to my home to make it show-ready which I promptly accomplished. After a slow start (Spring '13) we sold our home following an offer made as a direct result of a home showing. The price was easily negotiated and closing could not have been smoother.I continue to recommend Jeff and will use him if I move back to the O'Fallon area without hesitation. My home was SOLD within 30 days of the first showing in a crappy real estate environment.
