My husband and I have sold 3 properties and purchased a new primary residence in the last year and a half, all while utilizing Rhondas services. We sold an old farm house that was my husbands office, a rental property and our primary residence. The office and primary residence both received full asking price and the rental property was sold above asking, thanks to Rhondas negotiations. Our primary residence received a contract the first weekend it was on the market, thanks to the advice we received from Rhonda on some small improvements that we needed to complete. The original buyer backed out of the deal due to some issues with a home he was selling, but our residence went promptly back on the market. We had another, better offer within 10 days for the full asking price. Our residence had the highest sales price in our neighborhood in a number of years. The home we purchased was everything we wanted, an older house that needed many repairs and upgrades. The house had been on the market quite a while but had been recently removed from active listings. Rhonda was able to contact the sellers agent and negotiated a tour of the home. The home was purchased under the appraised value, all thanks to Rhondas expertise. Her many years of real estate experience and negotiation skills proved successful with all four of our transactions.Rhonda and her team were open, honest and stood with us through all of our transactions. Any questions or concerns I had were always addressed promptly. I was able to reach out for assistance or questions (and I had many questions) about the many steps of the process. Rhonda and her team have been more than kind, friendly, trustworthy and master negotiators. Without question I would use them to buy or sell any property in the future. I have moved quite a few times during the years and all four of these transactions were by far the most financially successful and easy to work through.
