I interviewed several realtors before selecting Dan and his team. What made Dan stand out from the crowd was his in-depth knowledge of the local market. His recommendations regarding market timing and selling cost were supported by data allowing me to make a decision informed by facts, not guess work.The marketing material, both online and print, was top notch. Two photographers were employed to ensure the best possible images. Additionally, the services of a stager were provided. Dan communicated regularly at all stages of the process. I was always aware of where we were in the process and what the next steps were.Finally, Dan went above and beyond in finding a buyer's agent for me. I moved out of his sales territory, but he took the time to locate a reputable agent in my new locale. I highly recommend Dan Miller to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
