Amanda has been fantastic to me as a first time home buyer. When I looked into my first house on Zillow, the site matched me up with her, and boy am I glad they did. We went and checked out that first house, it ended up being not what we were looking for, and Amanda helped us look for more homes that she thought we'd like. We went back home that day, looked more on Zillow and found another home we were interested in the same day we met Amanda, and she set up an appointment to meet us that same day at that house.We got our first accepted offer, which unfortunately we had to retract due to inspection issues, but even through that process, Amanda was with us every step of the way.Every time that we needed something, Amanda would get us a prompt answer, and if she wasn't 100% sure about an answer about a specific house, she would show fantastic communication while she got that answer and get it to us as soon as possible.Finally, we found the home we wanted, got an accepted offer, and ran into an issue or two with the sellers. Still no problem with Amanda, as she went into every detail about what was slowing the process down and did everything in her power to get us back on track.From the first day I met her until closing yesterday, Amanda has been incredible with the speed that she responds to things, has been knowledgable about every house we went to, she got to know us and knew exactly what we were looking for, and recommended homes based on that. I could not be happier as someone who just bought their first home, and if my wife and I ever looked to get a bigger house down the road or want a change of scenery, I would look Amanda up in an instant to help me get another house.Thank you for everything. You have myself, my wife, and our dog, very happy.
