After meeting and interviewing numerous realtors we selected Kathy Miller as an agent to purchase a home in Des Moines. As first time home buyers, we were also new to the Des Moines area and were looking for a realtor that was patient, familiar with the area (including schools), well prepared (including research on comps, contracts, seller disclosures, etc.), able to provide a flexible schedule for showings, and honest.
