My wife and I were looking for a home to buy in Rochester and were looking through Zillow to see what was on the market. I contacted Gregg when I decided to make the next step. He answered very quickly and surprisingly was able to meet up at the house I looked at online the same day. He made some phone calls and made things work very quickly. We looked at about 7 homes before finally in love with the right one. At first we had no idea what to look for in a home besides the basic necessities. Gregg guided us through the entire process and explained what things to look out for and basically gave us small inspections throughout each house and little by little we started to understand what to look for. Gregg is a handy man and knew when a great job was done on the home. Any time we had a question, he would get back to us within 10 minutes. He gave us references towards what inspector to call and set us up with everyone that we needed in order to get our dream home. Lucky for us after about 6 homes. A house popped up in Chili that we just couldnt miss. The house had been up for one day and already had 2 offers. We mentioned to Gregg that we were very interested and he somehow managed to fit us into his busy day. We were able to look at the home the same day and he asked us if we really wanted the home. We were positive this was it! So, he gave us a number to go in with for an offer. We listened and a couple days later we heard back that the sellers had accepted our offer! We were extremely excited. Not only did Gregg get us our dream home, but he also made sure that the sellers included their brand new expensive appliances! Brand new washer & dryer, fridge, oven, and even a brand new shed! We were thrilled! We had an inspector come by look at the home and tell us what little things needed to be done. Gregg got the sellers to fix any problems that the home had (which were minor) and I couldnt believe just how good he was at negotiating. The home was move in ready! Gregg is a fantastic, down to earth guy. He doesnt pressure you into buying a home just to make a quick buck, he easy to talk to and will get the job done. Any future needs I have he will be able to reference who I can call or even if he can get the job done himself. Hes definitely someone to have on your side when looking for a home! I cant thank him enough. Our home is perfect and we couldnt have gotten it without his help! Thanks again Gregg. You are the man!

One thing that really impressed me with Gregg right away was his expertise. When I walked through certain houses and had questions on renovations, Gregg was able to give me consultation and estimations on that work right on the spot thanks to his background in construction! Working with Gregg was really wonderful. This was my first time buying a home and he was so helpful explaining everything to me and making sure everything was clear! He also responded right away via text or phone call. Gregg was also really patient and understanding of my schedule and when I was ready to actually buy a home. Lastly, a large part why this transaction was successful was the offer Gregg put in front of the sellers. I gave 5 stars for each of those buckets because Gregg proved above and beyond in each of those categories. I cant recommend him enough to anyone looking for a home, especially first timers buyers!
