We chose to use Brian as our realtor after hearing numerous good things from friends & family about how much of a pleasure Brian is to work with.From our initial meeting to closing day, Brian and his team helped us through the home buying/selling process like true professionals. Brian always responded to text messages, phone calls and emails in a very timely manner. He was quick to provide the necessary paperwork to keep the process moving and was always there if we needed help along the way.We hit a couple speed bumps throughout the process, so not only was Brian our realtor, but he also did a great job acting as a psychiatrist. He kept us calm when we needed it, provided great service in key moments, and left us feeling like more than just clients but also as friends. I will definitely recommend Brian and his team of experts to anyone that comes our way and will absolutely be using him for our next purchase!

I recently purchased a home in Manheim from the Brian Weiland team. Brian has been a personal friend of mine for a number of years now. He is the same exact person at work as he is around his friends and family. There is no better way to sum it all up than saying that he will put your needs ahead of his own. At a bonfire last summer, a friend was using gasoline to try to catch some wet wood on fire. The gas can caught on fire and was tossed to the ground. Brian ran over to the gas can and tried to use himself as a shield in case the gas can blew up. We all like to believe that in tough situations that we would be the hero. Brian proved then and throughout this purchase that he is that person. During the process of finding and buying our home, we experienced a seller that couldn't buy a new home after accepting our offer on theirs, an appraisal that was cut by a few thousand dollars, inexperienced and downright lying sellers' agents, and more. Brian made navigating these situations easy and painless by sticking himself between us and the problem. He took extra time and went out of his way to make this process as swift and fluid as possible. I can't speak highly enough of Brian and his team based on our experience with him. A++ 10/10.
