I recently purchased a home in Manheim from the Brian Weiland team. Brian has been a personal friend of mine for a number of years now. He is the same exact person at work as he is around his friends and family. There is no better way to sum it all up than saying that he will put your needs ahead of his own. At a bonfire last summer, a friend was using gasoline to try to catch some wet wood on fire. The gas can caught on fire and was tossed to the ground. Brian ran over to the gas can and tried to use himself as a shield in case the gas can blew up. We all like to believe that in tough situations that we would be the hero. Brian proved then and throughout this purchase that he is that person. During the process of finding and buying our home, we experienced a seller that couldn't buy a new home after accepting our offer on theirs, an appraisal that was cut by a few thousand dollars, inexperienced and downright lying sellers' agents, and more. Brian made navigating these situations easy and painless by sticking himself between us and the problem. He took extra time and went out of his way to make this process as swift and fluid as possible. I can't speak highly enough of Brian and his team based on our experience with him. A++ 10/10.
