This usually goes at the end but, I highly recommend Pam for anyone who wants to rent, buy or sell a house. I was unable to sell my house in 2016 and Pam was recommended to me by a friend to use as a rental property manager. Rather than saying yes immediately she wanted to do some research due to the fact I was just outside the area she usually represents. I personally really liked that up front honesty rather than an immediate yes without thinking. She did agree and it was a pleasure to work with her. She was responsive, proactive, and when she did reach out to me she usually had a plan of action already. When I was able to sell the house in 2020 Pam was able to get it on the market with beautiful pictures and I received several offers very quickly. I will contact her again when we put our current house on the market.
