We previously listed our home with a different realtor and had a completely horrible experience. The service we received from Barb and Tawnya was a complete 180. Not only did they market our house like crazy they actually came and staged the house themselves. They kicked off their shoes and moved furniture, hung pictures, and rearranged knickknacks. The house looked amazing when they were done. They also had a professional photographer come in and take the photos for the listing. They answered every phone call and text promptly. I never doubted for a minute they were truly on my side which was so different from my previous experience. My house had an offer in 11 days. I was so awed by their service that I recommended them to a coworker. Her house got an offer the first day it listed. I'm so happy I went with the Barb Brooks team. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
