Ms. Walker is, by far, the best real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable in her field, she is also a tenacious worker that will go the extra mile to make sure your home searching/buying experience is successful. One of the more unique and impressive aspects of Ms. Walker's abilities is her genuine kindness and sensibility. Not only can she press and win a tough deal/negotiation; but she does it was a grace and class that is unmatched in the real estate industry. When heads are heated and the situation stressful, she the calming voice that brings any situation to resolution.Any prospective buyer would be hard matched to find someone who is more honest, dedicated, and good at their job. Max Folkers has aided me over the past several years in both selling and buying properties with great success. Several years ago, Max assisted me in purchasing my parents troubled property via a short sale that took approximately a year to complete due to bank delays. He was incredibly dedicated, diligent and patient throughout the prolonged process and worked hard to insure I was constantly updated and aware of transaction parameters all the while I was living out of state. Recently, he accomplished a very rapid and hassle-free sale of our condo at near asking price in under 3 weeks and assisted us in purchasing a new residence.
