Cory navigated us through the tough housing market from 2020-2021 to find us the perfect house. Buying a house involved a lot of tough decisions and complications that could not be addressed without Cory's deep knowledge and expertise as a realtor. To run through some examples.- We initially were eying a split level house in Little Ferry. After a day of seeing houses, we realized we didn't really know what we wanted. Cory was able to put together all our thoughts and constantly put together new listings for us every week across many, many months to finally settle on what we really valued. - Whenever we walked into a house, Cory was well researched, but he would also pick up on the little details on the fly - were the renovations done correctly, is there a flooding concern, does the house have good airflow? His attention to detail made us feel like we could see beyond the surface of all the houses we visited.- Cory directed us through 3 different bidding wars. Each one usually only had a day of decision making to the high demand. He was able to research and pinpoint the exact range, where our bids were usually right on or just under the mark (backup bid). - When we finally closed on the house, there were still a lot of contract hurdles and contingencies to work through. Cory worked tirelessly with our lawyers, bankers, and the seller's agents to make the deal happen. Whenever I felt that a situation was beyond our control, Cory would step in and work with anyone he needed to smooth everything over.Ultimately, without Cory, it would have been like sailing without a compass. We would have been lost, screwed at every corner, and miserable without a house (or miserable with a house we didn't love). If you want to do it right, Cory is your guy.
