Cory did a phenomenal job working with us to buy our first home! His optimism and knowledge of the home buying process got us from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to excited and hopeful. Where shall I begin. Ill keep it short and sweet..this was my first time buying a home and I honestly came into this experience feeling vulnerable and scared. Theres was only so much research that I could do and I didnt have anyone to use as a reference. To add, I am a bit of a control-freak. I dont like the unknown! But Cory made all my worries slowly disappear. He was ready and available always. He was reassuring of if I felt like I was bothering him asking him the same thing over again, he remain such a sweet gentleman and I felt that it was all sincere. I felt like his only priority agenda was to ease my mind and help me find my home. I prayed Id bump into someone that was patient and kind and open to listening to my wants and needs. He met my mom and was so pleasant and sweet and respectful to her as well. Beyond amazing. God blessed me with Cory Waters!! This has to be the longest aEURoeshort and sweet aEURoe description ever.
