Billy was the most outstanding real estate agent I have ever encountered. I would not consider buying or selling another home without him at the helm. My daughter and I wanted to buy her (my daughter) her first home. Firstly, Billy and his wife, Tamara, were remarkably informed about all the L.A. areas and were relentless in their time in showing both of us houses, together and individually. As there were 2 of us buyers, Billy made sure that he reached out to both of us - and was so patient because we both had different questions along the way. When we zeroed in on the house of our dreams, Billy was a Rock of Gibraltar in being able to negotiate what worked best for us and what was reasonable. I was anxious at first at every turn, but Billys knowledge, cool headedness and expertise were exactly what I need to assuage any angst. He explained everything to me every single step of the way. I have never met anyone, along with his wife and partner Tamara, who were so notably intelligent coupled with being so kind. Even after the purchase, here they still are, helping to handle all the bits and pieces of settling into the new home. I am deeply grateful I met Billy and Tamara- they are exceptional!
