Renee and her team were great to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable about the real estate in the Knightdale/Zebulon area and did a great job of making sure everything we needed was in line for us to close on our house. We personally worked with Jonathan Edwards, and he did an amazing job working with both the seller's agent and us to make sure our new house was what we expected and that we didn't get stuck buying something that wasn't what they promised us it would be. Specifically, our new house needed significant repairs to the foundation due to rot and termite damage, and Jonathan went through all the ridiculous paperwork to make sure they fixed the house the way they were supposed to. This caused us to delay closing on the house several times, but this was a good thing since we wanted to get the house in the condition they said it would be in, not the condition it was after the contractor had done a poor job on the repairs.
