found Mike online and had decided to move to one of the 4 retirement communities in Beaumont CA met with mike and he toured myself and my daughter to each of the communities and we viewed homes that met my needs in additionhe toured us through the features and amenities of each including the various clubhouses and buildings I addition he commented on the demographics of each which helped me narrow my search to solera he found a floorplan I liked and he set up an appointment to tour 4 or 5 of that plan and I found the home I liked best he made the offer and got the seller to throw in a nice electric golf cart into the deal he set me up with his preferred lender and escrow who efficiently processed the deal and within 45days the escrow was funded and closed. Mike knows a lot about the area and the communities which made it easier to choose one and the right house if you need a good realtor with a lot of knowledge of the beaumont retirement communities mike is a good resource and very professionally handled my home purchase transaction
