The madness of a pandemic real estate market left no obstacle in Jarrad's path that wasn't easily overcome. From start to finish I worked with Jarrad from May 2021 until closing on August 4. Jarrad was in constant contact with me in his efforts to appraise, visually inspect the property periodically, and eventually list it for sale. He was easy to get in touch with, and if by chance he wasn't able to answer the phone, an apologetic text message was forthcoming. Jarrade always got in touch with me as soon as he was available. Jarrads preparation for sale is both thorough and methodical, leaving no stone unturned or door unopened, always being mindful that any house needs to look its best.
