I relocated to a different state and needed a realtor to manage the sell of my home. Jarrad managed everything! He suggested the lawyer, recommended a landscape company to maintain the lawn, and even arranged for estimates from contractors for work that needed to be completred prior to sell. Everyone he recommended were outstanding and profession! He created the listing and presented it in a "3D home tour" and held an open house three days after it was put on market. We were under contract five days after the listing was posted. Throughout the "waiting" process he was in continual contact with all parties involved and ensured that the closing went as smooth as it possibly could! His professionalism is impeccable, work ethic is outstanding, and dedication to protecting his client's best interests is unsurpassed. When problems arise, he researches the solutions and then approaches the client with answers. The process of buying/selling real estate can be extremely stressful. Jarrad recognizes this and does everything in his power to remove that stress. He is extremely knowledgable about the process and is proactive in addressing all issues. Jarrad is an amazing agent! He was there to help every single step of the way. It didnt matter if it was my 100th question of the day- which it probably was and he always answered, a last minute showing, my complete indecisiveness, whatever it was, he handled it all with ease, professionalism and a sense of humor. Which lets be honest has been much needed in this market! I was beyond impressed with the fact he knew what I wanted before I did. Ive never worked with an agent before who not only listened but paid attention. That is huge! You could tell he actually cared about what house we bought, if it would work for us and he didnt care how long it took to find it. After looking at maybe 20+ houses?
