When my fiance and I were house hunting, Shamus came highly recommended by my sister. She said he was awesome, aggressive and would get the job done. She was right! He was ALL of those things and MORE!! We had finally found 'THE HOUSE.' And in a market where there is one house to every fifty bidders, it's difficult to get your foot in the door when you're one fish in a big pond. Shamus got us in to see the house when it hadn't even hit the market! We made an offer immediately and he negotiated a fair price with the Seller. We also decided to use a lender and insurance company that he suggested. That was one of the THE BEST decisions we ever made as they all work closely together. Our closing process went so smoothly!!
