Jamie Tveter was extremely helpful in selling our home, and afterwards, helpful us find and purchase our forever home. Jamie was recommended to us by a friend in town who had prior business experience with her and her real estate company. There were many challenges facing us in selling our house. She did all the leg work for us as we were both working parents with three children on a tight schedule. I mean who wants to deal with the Title V? We didn't...but Jamie didn't mind! When that was completed, she was extremely helpful in guiding us through a not-so-easy process of finding a new house in a highly competitive market. Jamie sat down and talked with us about the process of home buying. She tapped into the current realities of the Topsfield market. My husband and I had a very specific area in mind for our home. It was a highly sought out neighborhood in town. This was difficult and required determination and perseverance on her part at all times. It was not easy to find a new house. Jamie always had a positive attitude and was clear and honest with our expectations. She told us her knowledge and insight about each property and was always available when needed. We felt that she always, truly had our best interests in mind. When inventory was down and we were facing our kids starting school again, she beat the street to help us search for a rental, when that seemed like our only option. Before that happened, like finding a needle in a haystack, Jamie found our new house in the perfect spot. She worked tirelessly with us through many conflicts to make our dream a reality. We still communicate with Jamie since she has many valuable contacts in construction. She's available for recommendations and provides helpful information whenever we call her. In the future, if we ever decide to move, we will definitely use Jamie again to both sell our home and find a new one. Thanks Jamie Tveter and Co!
