Lisa helped me buy a home a year ago. Pros: - Responsiveness (before closing only). She scheduled visits and showed me many homes. She was responsive to our requests before our closing.- Friendly. - Extensive local knowledge.Cons: - No proactive suggestions. I needed to search all available homes by myself and let her know to schedule to visit. She responded only to our home visit requests and had never suggested new listings to me. We missed handful of homes even before a visit. She did not give any suggestions or guides to make an offer either. It is a quite important for buyers to get a change to make a competitive offer in this seller's market.- No negotiation skills. She just delivered the seller's options to me and pushed to choose one without suggesting any reasonable counter offers. It is a kind of understandable due to the market situation, but it was still unsatisfactory experience.- Break her words for a compensation. She promised a small portion of compensation as a part of support for a home warranty, but I have not received for more than a year from the closing and she has not responded to my contact anymore.
