I actually was looking for a house rent but nothing was popping up that fit in my budget. During the initial search, she was good about being honest if a house didnt fit what I was looking for and telling me outright if she thought there might be something odd in the deal. Since I couldnt find a rental that worked for me, Nina recommended I take a peek at a mortgage pre-approval and see if buying is an option because she was confident that would be my best option. Turns out it was! I got pre-approved and the perfect house popped up right away! She moved her schedule around so we could look at it that day and we submitted an offer that day. The process from there was seamless! Most of my paperwork was digital, which made it incredibly convenient! She was extremely communicative, even in the lull of the waiting period between appraisal and closing she checked in to make sure I was doing ok and if I had any questions. She was quick to respond and even post-sale stayed close. I was a first time buyer so I relied on her and the team to guide me and they did a phenomenal job! I felt comfortable and confident in every suggestion and in the end it turned out great and I now pay for a mortgage thats perfect for my income (saved a ton by buying instead of renting!) ! I highly recommend Nina if you want someone whos honest, communicates, attentive, high-detail oriented, and organized.
