Armando helped my mother purchase her home thirteen years ago. My mother loves her home and still lives in it. Moving forward, my mother reached out to Armando to help me purchase my first home. I didn't know anything about purchasing a home, the steps, and the time it takes to purchase a home. Armando made things easier and smooth. I just purchased my first house in less than two months and love it. I'm very shy and have a hard time listening to people due to having hearing loss. He made me feel comfortable, repeated words in case if I missed the communication, and he's a great listener. Wow! I'm happy and impressed how much he helped me. He responds quickly, attentive, and helped me a lot by explaining what the forms meant. Armando is family and can't wait to stay in touch for many years because soon my brother is going to purchase his first house too.
