We called Kevin on the spur of the moment on a Sunday afternoon to look at a property he listed and were absolutely amazed when he offered to meet us there within a half hour! Even though we did not buy the property, we were sold on Kevin from that day on! Throughout the next several months, Kevin showed us numerous homes. Kevin was one of, if not the most, patient, courteous, and professional salespersons I have ever done business with. He answered all our questions, always promptly returning texts, emails, and phone calls; he took time to really show us a property, we never felt rushed; and he was there for us through every step of the home-buying process from submitting an offer to signing the settlement papers. I hope to stay in this house forever, but if I should ever decide to move, Kevin will be the first person I call!

Josh was so wonderful during our house search! He was extremely knowledgeable about every part of the process- if I had any questions, he had the answers. He walked us through the process and made it easy to understand what we were doing. He even was able to negotiate getting some money from the seller of our house because a water softener was listed but was not there in the house. Josh was also very responsive-I could text or call him any time and he'd get back to me immediately. He also had great knowledge of the area we were looking at, even though it wasn't his "home base" area. In short, Josh is super friendly, personable, responsive, and super knowledgeable in all the different areas of the house buying process. I absolutely would (and already have) recommend Josh to my friends and family!
