We used Jeff to purchase a home. He was an okay guy. first issue we had was that He didnt write up the offer like we wanted and it created a issue for us later at closing. then Jeff offered to make it right himself and come back and take care of the issue. First he said he would have it done on day of walk through which he broke his word and gave an excuse on why it wasnt done on the day of the walk through. Then he said he was going to come back a few days later AFTER closing to take care of the issue and of course he broke his word again and never showed up. I texted him and he all of sudden when he was so responsive before prior to the sale he doesnt reply now after the sale. I despise people who say something to get you to take the sale and then dont honor their word and do what they say when there is no longer anything in it for them because its after the sale. This is a deal breaker with me and a sign of low moral character when people do this. so thats ok, when we go to flip the house and sell it, instead of using him to list it we will use someone else. Karma.
