we are new to the area but decided a few months in that we wanted to purchase a home in midland. We started with an agent who was referred to us. once he showed us a couple of homes one after noon we never heard from him again. So I decided to look at some more homes. Dan happened to be the listing agent for one of the homes I was interested in. He called us back right away to inform us that they house had just been purchased but then said he would love to help us find a home and that it exactly what he did. He looked at over 15 homes with him. He was honest about his opinion on properties, their prices and our ability to sell a few years down the road. when we found a home we were interested in he moved very quickly with the process in order to secure the property. I would recommend Dan to anyone looking for a home in the midland area. He even meet with us in between coaching him sons sports teams on a Sunday afternoon. Hands down he is the best agent I have worked with. Friendly, professional and a hard worker!
