We recently used Matt as our Realtor and it was the best decision. We were not in any rush to buy just wanted to see what was out there and it we found our dream home then commit. He did not push us and checked in every week or two to see if there was anything that caught our eye. We ended up finding the house of our dreams and closed in a less than a month from looking at the house. He kept us well informed on where we were in the process and what the next steps would be. He responded to every text message very quickly, and answered all phone calls when the questions seem to complicated to text no matter what time of day it was. He was great at setting up showing for the houses we did want to see and helped answer all our questions that came along. He helped us when a small problem came up during the inspection to make sure we would be able to get all the answers we needed. Even our kids were excited to go look at houses and see Matt. He even checked in with us after we closed to make sure everything was going good. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone buying a house!
