From a market knowledge standpoint, Stephen was able to accurately predict value and sell price for all the houses we were interested in, and was careful to optimize our offers to make them as attractive as possible in a market where homes often get 5-20 offers almost as soon as they hit the market. He is also highly experienced in every part of the purchase process (showing, drafting offers, what to expect from mortgage hunting, appraisal, surveys, building inspections etc.). He also made a point of being highly responsive at all hours in a market where I suspect real actors are working ridiculously long hours (prices and volume have surged in the last couple years in the local market).Finally, and most importantly, Stephen was fully committed to my interests and no one elses, including his own. He was a happy to show and draft offers for homes that were going for 160k as for those that were past 400, and while he gave all the advice anyone could ask for, he never made any attempt to push me into a particular decision.
