Dwayne is an excellent realtor. My wife and I often did not know exactly what we wanted or found ourselves changing our minds about our preferences, but Dwayne catered to us very well. The first time we went out to look at houses, we didnt know what we wanted, so Dwayne showed us three houses, each in different areas, with varying prices, and of differing styles. This helped us to narrow down our preferences, and Dwayne offered new suggestions to us accordingly. Dwaynes knowledge was constantly apparent through the whole process of looking for our home. He suggested houses well and gave tips for picking which houses to see, such as driving by to get a feel for the area. During our visits to different houses, he offered his experienced thoughts about how we could utilize spaces or overcome concerns we had about the houses. We could always tell Dwayne cared about our preferences (even when they changed through our search!) and listened to what we had to say. He was never pushy, and he was consistently prompt when we asked him questions or told him there was a house we wanted to see. He never told us he was unavailable, and often we visited houses with him on evenings and weekends, without any mention of inconvenience from him. Anyone would be privileged to work with Dwayne as their realtor. He is patient, knowledgeable, caring, and trustworthy. Thanks for all the help, Dwayne.
