My wife and I couldnt recommend Gerald more highly for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.We were initially unsure whether we wanted to build a new home or buy an existing home. Gerald patiently explained the new construction process and set up multiple meetings with reputable builders to explore our options.In the end, the perfect existing home came on the market. We contacted Gerald with our interest in the home on a Friday at 6pm. Within an hour, he had set up a showing for the following day. We found ourselves in competition with other buyers, but it was Gerald who was able to utilize his talents to position our offer at the top.From inital consultation to closing, our journey lasted six months. During that time, we walked through numerous homes and met with multiple builders. Throughout the process, it was absolutely clear that our happiness was Geralds number one priority. Furthermore, you can expect all communication to be direct, thoughtful and honest.In closing, Id like to add that working with Gerald Feenstra means something. In casual conversation at open houses with other realtors, it was apparent that Gerald was well-connected with a sterling reputation. Our lending process was also made considerably easier as Geralds credibility gave the lender peace of mind that a) our purchase price would be in line with the appraisal, and b) that the purchase agreement would go through without a hitch.
